Administrative Coordinator, Campus Life WashU's Division of Student Affairs seeks an administrative professional for the position of Administrative Coordinator, Campus Life. The Division of Student Affairs advances the educational mission of the university through resources and experiences outside the classroom that prepare our students for lifelong success. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Campus Life, serving as a receptionist for the second floor of the Campus Life suite, completing reservation requests, assisting with Student Union processes, serving as the liaison to Shared Services for all of Campus Life, and the organization of all billing for resources and services within Campus Life. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinates and performs daily tasks to ensure functioning of administrative office. Assists in development/coordination of programs/projects. Assists with developing budgets, monitoring expenditures, enters personnel/payroll information in Workday and runs reports; performs online systems entry of documents or data involving accounts payable, purchasing, budgeting, etc.; may approve financial documents such as check requests, journals, purchase orders, travel documents, etc. Plans logistics and provides administrative support for programs, meetings and events including all details associated with event; negotiates with vendors; oversees, troubleshoots and resolves special situations that arise during event. Manages event budget. Coordinates, manages and updates communications for department including verbal, written and electronic communications and websites which may include initiating/reviewing drafts of various communications. Provides some general administrative support including scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements. Performs other duties as assigned. The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
