They are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Specialist to join their team and support the financial operations. Compensation: $25/hr-$30/hr Location: Coppell, TX Onsite 5x a week Position Type: 6 Month Contract to Hire LaSalle Network contractors have the opportunity to enroll in benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance. Job Summary We are seeking a Billing Specialist with AIA billing experience to support a reputable construction organization based in Coppell, TX. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in construction billing, pay applications, and invoicing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and collaborating closely with project teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and submit AIA billing applications (G702/G703) accurately and on schedule Manage monthly construction billing, including pay applications, lien waivers, and supporting documentation Coordinate with project managers to ensure billing aligns with project progress and contract terms Maintain accurate billing records and resolve billing discrepancies or client inquiries Track retainage, change orders, and contract values throughout the project lifecycle Ensure compliance with contract requirements and internal billing procedures Support audits and provide billing documentation as needed Required Qualifications Proven experience with AIA billing in a construction environment Hands-on experience preparing pay applications and construction invoices Strong attention to detail and ability to meet billing deadlines Proficiency with billing systems, spreadsheets, and construction documentation Ability to work onsite in Coppell, TX, 5 days per week Preferred Qualifications Experience in a contractor or subcontractor construction setting Familiarity with construction accounting or project management software Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Why This Role?
