Recruiter As a Recruiter at Ethos, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to meet the staffing needs in our company. Your efforts will directly impact the quality of care provided by ensuring that qualified professionals are placed in critical roles efficiently and effectively. You will manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates and screening resumes to coordinating interviews. Collaboration with hiring manager and the HR team will be essential to understand workforce requirements and develop strategic recruitment plans. Ultimately, your work will contribute to building a skilled and dedicated healthcare workforce that supports organizational goals and patient care excellence. Minimum qualifications: Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems to manage recruitment workflows. Demonstrated knowledge of staffing services and recruitment best practices. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its unique staffing challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams. Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Preferred qualifications: Experience recruiting for healthcare roles such as nurses, allied health professionals, or administrative staff. Proficiency in additional recruitment tools and platforms beyond ATS. Responsibilities: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment records. Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with staffing services and healthcare departments to understand specific role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and organizational policies during the hiring process. Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and feedback, enhancing the candidate experience. Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sourcing strategies. Skills: The required skills in Applicant Tracking Systems and Applicant Tracking are essential for efficiently managing candidate data, tracking recruitment progress, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. Staffing services knowledge enables the recruiter to understand client needs and tailor sourcing strategies to meet specific healthcare staffing demands.
