Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Detroit, MI, headquarters. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, expediting, and coordinating resources to ensure timely and successful project completion. Additional responsibilities include conducting inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and managing logistics to optimize project efficiency and resource allocation. The individual will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet project goals. Qualifications Expertise in Project Management and the ability to manage all phases of construction projects effectively Skills in Expediting and handling the responsibilities of an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of resources and materials Proficient in Inspection processes to uphold safety and compliance standards Experience in Logistics Management, with the ability to oversee resources and streamline operations Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency in construction management software and tools Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred Prior experience in the construction or site development industry is a plus
