This role focuses on improving the quality of life for patients with serious, life-limiting illnesses through symptom management, psychosocial support, and collaborative medical decision-making. Role Overview: As part of a comprehensive team including physicians, nurses, social workers, and chaplains, you will provide expert care to patients facing complex symptoms, advanced care planning needs, and high psychosocial distress in an inpatient setting.
