Job Description Primary Function of Position The Strategic Sourcing Analyst 2 supports Intuitive's Indirect Procurement organization by executing low- to mid-complexity sourcing initiatives, performing spend and supplier analysis, supporting supplier selection and onboarding, and assisting with contract negotiations. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver value, ensure compliance, and support the scalability of procurement operations. Essential Duties Strategic Sourcing: Lead RFx activities and sourcing strategies for low to medium complexity sourcing projects Manage sourcing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution. Facilitate project meetings with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Evaluate supplier proposals using defined criteria and support supplier selection decisions. Build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and internal partners. Contracting and Negotiation: Review contracts and analyze spend data to identify sourcing and savings opportunities. Partner with internal stakeholders and the Contracts team to support RFPs and negotiations. Assist in negotiating business terms to achieve optimal cost, service and risk outcomes. Execute standard contract templates in accordance with company policies and procedures. Analytics and Systems: Conduct spend analysis across indirect categories, suppliers, and business units to support sourcing strategies. Support procurement system enhancements and process improvements to meet evolving sourcing needs. Recommend sourcing approaches that maximize value, savings, and operational efficiency. Contribute to the development and rollout of procurement programs that support organizational scale and maturity. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's Degree Required (Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related Discipline preferred). 2+ years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in procurement, finance, or related role preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather data, perform root cause analysis, and draw actionable conclusions. Strong supplier interaction and basic negotiation experience. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting project management activities, including timelines and stakeholder coordination. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and deliver accurate results. Proven collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
