Job Description: Responsible for assessing and enhancing all Talent Acquisition operational procedures, including pinpointing areas for improvement and implementing strategies to equip the TA teams to succeed in a dynamic hiring environment. Key responsibilities involve designing, implementing, and maintaining Talent Acquisition content and trainings. The Advisor implements and monitors programs and processes to ensure that records are accurate and accessible, promoting the quality of design and development in training and operations. The advisor advances operational excellence through continuous learning, effective communication, and the use of appropriate tools and resources. Responsibilities: Delivers innovative learning solutions to encourage participation and produce desired outcomes. Reviews and updates all team resources to ensure we drive adoption of new technologies. Consults with HR leaders to identify opportunities for new process improvements, and partner with TA Process and Compliance to document new processes Leads the creation of instructional and delivery methods using various learning solutions and technologies, including coaching and acting as a subject matter expert Leads the continuous improvement roadmap for TA operations, aligned with organizational hiring goals and compliance requirements Maintains a feedback loop with RPOs that incorporates knowledge checks, embedding learning as core to the culture Manages organization-wide digital communication channels, serving as the voice of the organization. Anticipates and addresses legal, ethical, and cultural issues relevant to solution delivery by acting as a role model. Education and Experience Required: First level university degree; advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience. Typically 6+ years in a human resources role. Typically 4+ years demonstrated presentation, facilitation, and consulting experience. Knowledge and Skills: Advanced skills in planning, communication, change management, and cultural awareness, including financial and global business acumen. Expert ability to quickly understand and adopt new, complex technologies and concepts. Expert ability to assess and accommodate different learning styles within an audience. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. United States of America: Annual Salary USD 92,600 - 213,500 in TexasThe listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered.
