Job Description Site Supervisor Rack Deployment Projects Location: New Carlisle, IN Pay: $26-$37/hr. depending on experience, Start Date: Variable (pending background check and orientation) About the Role: Precision-driven leader needed to supervise site crews depalletizing , moving assets and securely transport into live data centers. Responsibilities: • On-site crew management and task delegation • Liaison between project management and labor crew • Enforce project timeline, documentation accuracy, and safety protocols Requirements: • Prior supervisory experience in logistics or construction • Strong organizational and people management skills • Must pass background check and drug screening • PPE-compliant (boots, glasses, gloves, vest, hard hat, hearing protection)
