Analytical HRIS Workday Analyst

Join a dynamic team as an HRIS Workday Analyst, responsible for maintaining and organizing human resources data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role supports data management and reporting needs across a healthcare system serving the Central Plains region of the United States. Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain the HRIS to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Create standard and custom reports and queries to support strategic planning and decision-making. Update, validate, and correct employee records and related HR data following established procedures. Develop end-user documentation and training materials as needed. Provide user support including troubleshooting and solution development. Adhere to privacy and security regulations concerning Protected Health Information (PHI). Maintain professional communication with team members, contractors, physicians, and external agencies. Perform additional duties as assigned. This position is fully remote and requires a commitment to the organization's mission, vision, and values. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or HRIS roles. At least 1 year of Workday HCM experience. Preferred Qualifications: Workday Pro HCM Core Certification or other Workday Pro certifications. Skills and Abilities: Advanced proficiency with computers and office productivity tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse situations calmly and professionally. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Project scheduling and technical expertise. Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information. Physical Requirements: Primarily sedentary work with occasional exertion of up to 10 lbs and minimal standing or walking.
