Manager in training: Opens, Closes, Weekends

Unless you come with previous Jimmy Johns Manager experience you will start as an inshop and go through the manager training process. Once you have completed and are able to run a shift on your own you will then receive title of PIC and work towards Assistant Manager position and wage. Weekly Pay! A first time Assistant Manager starts as a Person in Charge (PIC) is on our Management track and helps oversee in-store operations and leads employees on shifts alongside the General Manager. The Assistant Manager/PIC plays a major role in ensuring the store is ins exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. Assistant Managers must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As a PIC your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive. A PIC would be in line to move up to further Management roles if interested. A PIC/Assistant Manager is eligible for Benefits based on working Full-Time hours/equivalent after the first 6 months of employment. Requirements: Ability to work a 40 hour week At least 18 years of age Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for whole shifts - up to 10-12 hours
