If this sounds like you, then we need to talk Frazer, a leading builder of emergency medical vehicles, is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Frazer reports to the HR Supervisor, and is responsible for supporting Frazer's recruiting efforts by providing a positive, efficient, and organized candidate and hiring manager experience. This role assists with the full-cycle recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting pre-screen interviews, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system. The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners closely with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to help ensure open positions are filled in a timely manner while building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet business needs. This position is expected to actively live out Frazer Core Values while working with Frazer employees, vendors, and customers to help achieve team, department, and corporate goals. Responsible for learning and reinforcing safe and proper work procedures while actively following Frazer Safety programs and other policies outlined in the Employee Handbook. What Does a Week in the Life of the Talent Acquisition Specialist Look Like? Supports and maintains Frazer's applicant tracking system (ATS) by reviewing applications, resumes, and surveys, and moving candidates through hiring stages accurately and in a timely manner. Assists with sourcing candidates for open positions using job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruiting tools. Coordinates and schedules candidates for phone screens, interviews, and in-person skills testing. Conducts phone screens for qualified candidates using established screening guides and provides recommendations to Senior Talent Acquisition team members and Hiring Managers. Assists with creating and posting job advertisements for open roles on internal and external recruiting platforms. Maintains job requisitions by ensuring postings remain current, accurate, and refreshed as needed. Supports candidate communication throughout the recruiting process, including scheduling, follow-up, and next-step updates. Learns and supports the Culture Index process, including administering assessments and assisting with C-Job documentation as directed. Maintains organized and up-to-date candidate records, including active and passive candidates, hired candidates, and dispositioned applicants. Assists with recruiting reports and data tracking as needed to support recruiting metrics and goals. Supports relationships with staffing agencies and external recruiting partners by providing candidate status updates as directed. Secondary Duties: Assists with career fairs, job fairs, and recruiting events as needed. Participates in HR team meetings and company meetings. Supports new hire orientation activities as assigned. Assists with building relationships with local high schools, colleges, and technical or trade schools. Completes pre-employment reference checks for candidates who have accepted offers. Supports front desk and administrative HR tasks as needed. Assists with special HR projects and initiatives as assigned. Required Education and Experience: High school diploma 24 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR Experience using an ATS or HRIS system Ability to write professional correspondence to candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders. Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills. Computer and technology proficient with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Ability to pass pre-employment screenings. Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Working knowledge of UKG Ready. Working knowledge of Google suite.
