Job Title: Scrum Master+ MES Location: Santa Clara, CA (Day 1 onsite) Duration: FulltimeJob Description: Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: Scrum Master experience - bridge gap between digital transformation and shop floor smart factory operations. Agile methodology specifically for teams implementing or maintaining MES Software like: Siemens OpsCenter, Rockwell, SAP ME, SAP DM. Manages the unique challenges of deploying IT solutions (Agile) in Operational Technology (OT) environments. Roles & Responsibilities Design and architecture: Lead the design and implementation of MES Smart factory solutions using agile methodology. Agile facilitation: Lead sprint planning, daily standup reviews, retrospective for MES Teams. Coach and Guide: Teach Scrum, Agile, Self-management, Guide developers and QA Teams. Requirements gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and translate business requirements into technical solutions. System integration: Manage the integration of MES systems with other systems. Configuration and customization: Configure workflows, manage change management processes, and customize the system to meet specific business needs. Technical leadership: Oversee technical aspects, understanding of manufacturing processes, system like MES, SCADA, PLC, Factory Automation Documentation: Create and maintain architecture documentation, interface specifications, and design artifacts. Project support: Support the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to testing, valid ation, and go-live activities. Continuous improvement: Proactively recommend enhancements, mitigate risks, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
