Job Description Oversee all on-site activities for ground-up light industrial construction projects. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies. Manage subcontractors and coordinate daily work schedules. Monitor project progress and maintain timelines and quality standards. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders. Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays. Maintain accurate documentation and daily reports. The Successful Applicant Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up construction. Strong knowledge of light industrial construction processes and safety regulations. Proficiency in construction management software and reporting tools. OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred. Ability to travel either Nationally or across the Southeast.
