We are HIRING for a 3rd shift PACKER The Job Center Staffing is hiring 3rd shift Packer in Anderson Township Compensation/Shift/Benefits for PACKERS Hourly wage: $16.80/hour Shift: Monday-Friday 12am-8am Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO Eligibility for the Work and Win program - Rent/Mortgage paid for a year Responsibilities for PACKERS Under the direction of the area supervisor, move materials into production areas using hand trucks, stack and seal cartons and boxes. Must know fasteners by product code and necessary markings to check cartons and boxes for accuracy/correctness. Promptly and properly records production count. Carry, either by hand or cart, empty cartons up to the production area. Load empty cartons in the auto-pack carton rack. Accurately stamp cartons with the operator's number. Accurately count and record production. Inspect finished production for visual defects (full carton, correct carton label, correct bar code label, etc.). Visually inspect each carton before they're sealed to ensure the carton is full. Qualifications: Must be organized and able to keep accurate records of production count and materials moved. Must work well in a team environment. Must have the ability to work with little supervision. Must be able to inspect fasteners before placing in complete box.
