Location Omaha, NE Requisition Number: Staff_14511 Department Pediatrics Sports Medicine 50012126 Business Unit College of Medicine Reg-Temp Full-Time Regular Work Schedule As directed by supervisor Remote/Telecommuting Hybrid (part-time working on site, part-time working off-site) Position Summary POSTING FOR UNMC EMPLOYEES ONLY Performs advanced research focused on lower extremity orthopaedic biomechanics, including image-based biomedical modeling, clinical gait analysis, and development of surgical navigation tools and analytics. Collaborates with Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine, and Physical Therapy partners to design studies, manage data workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance. Provides technical mentorship and maintains high standards for research quality, safety, and reproducibility.
