This role offers hands-on clinical care and strong neonatal nurse practitioner support. The schedule is designed to prioritize work-life balance while maintaining procedural excellence. The Neonatologist will provide comprehensive neonatal care in a 32-bed Level III NICU. Responsibilities include managing care for infants from a busy newborn nursery service and supporting approximately 4,000 annual deliveries. You will work alongside 2 Neonatologists and 2 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners during daytime hours. Participation in home-based night call is required, with 24/7 in-house NNP coverage available. You will perform and maintain hands-on neonatal procedures. Collaboration within a supportive, team-oriented, collegial practice environment is essential. Mentorship and professional development opportunities are available, especially supportive for new graduates. Delivering high-quality, compassionate neonatal care aligned with established standards is expected. This position requires residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required.
