Physical Therapist Responsibilities: Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions to develop individualized treatment plans. Implement and evaluate treatment plans to address patients' needs and goals effectively. Perform therapy interventions using standard physical therapy techniques and skills tailored to each patient's condition. Supervise and provide guidance to physical therapy assistants, students, and support personnel. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care. Physical Therapist Qualifications: Master's Degree or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy Experience with electronic medical charting Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice in the State of Connecticut Experience in pelvic floor rehabilitation
