Lexington Health Cancer Center is seeking ahighly skilled Hematologist/Oncologistwith clinical experienceto establish and develop a new practice location in the Northeast area of Columbia, SC. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and clinically excellent medical oncologist with previous experience in a multi-disciplinary, patient-centric, and growing environment.Position Highlights:The weekly schedule will be a mix of managing the outpatient clinic and inpatient census, practicing hematology and oncologyClinical research is welcomed, where all physicians have a hand in at least one trialParticipate in weekly tumor conferences attended by radiation oncologists, medical oncologists, surgeons, radiologists, and pathologistsOncology-trained APP SupportCall responsibilities include approximately a 1:10 RotationAbout Lexington Oncology Northeast:18,000 sqft. state-of-the-art practiceDedicated USP 800 certified oncology pharmacyOnsite lab processing and 64 infusion chair suiteRemote and/or onsite access to patient navigation, oncology dietician, social work, and genetic counseling services Lexington Health Cancer Center has also partnered with Duke Cancer Network to provide patients access to Duke's Cancer services and continue to ensure they receive high-quality and comprehensive care.
