Job DescriptionBright Flag Recruiting, on behalf of 3T Delivery Inc., a local FedEx Ground contractor, has IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for full-time delivery drivers in Savannah, GA. Our drivers provide exceptional service to local residents and businesses, operating out of the FedEx terminal at 135 Coleman Blvd, Savannah, GA 31322. Pay & Compensation Training Pay: $120/day for up to 2 weeks Post-Training Pay: $180-$200/day (based on performance and safety) Average Weekly Pay: ~$900/week Payroll: Weekly Benefits PTO Mentor Program Stop Count Bonus 6th Day Bonus (Peak Season) Weekly Paychecks Company-Provided Uniforms Safety-Focused Company Culture What Makes This Job Desirable Stay Active: Deliver 150-200 stops per day and get your exercise while you work. Schedule & Routes Start Time: ~9:30 AM until route completion Work Days: Monday-Saturday ( Must work a rotating weekend day) Peak Season: 5-6 days per week Stops: 100-250 per day Responsibilities Arrive on time to pick up packages and company vehicle Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections Safely operate a delivery vehicle on assigned routes Load, scan, and deliver packages accurately Handle packages up to 150 lbs safely Provide professional, courteous customer service Requirements Must be 21 years or older Valid driver's license with a clean MVR Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and DOT physical (paid by employer) Able to lift, carry, and move packages up to 150 lbs Must work in all weather conditions No CDL required - company vehicle provided Prior delivery experience is helpful but not required Military veterans encouraged to apply!
