Marketing Analytics Intern Mercedes-Benz USA is responsible for the sales, marketing and service of all Mercedes-Benz and Maybach products in the United States. Mercedes-Benz USA (MBUSA) is undergoing a cloud-data and self-service reporting/analytics transformation. The Marketing Analytics intern will be the business intelligence partner assisting marketing business units with insights and KPIs. This role reports to the Marketing Analytics Lead within the Business & Customer Data Integration team and supports marketing metrics across Digital Experience, Brand Marketing, and Corporate Communications. The Marketing Analytics intern will learn about what we do: Develop an understanding of market analytics and its application to marketing strategies Identifying key performance indicators in marketing and how they apply to our work Assess marketing campaign effectiveness While also learning how we do it: Work with multiple agency partners to define and redefine goals as needed Proactively collaborate cross-functionally and build internal relationships to identify opportunities Ensure alignment across stakeholder groups internally and externally Responsibilities: Support marketing metrics report creation and automation within the Marketing Analytics and Performance team Gather and analyze business requirements to create and manage dashboards for end users. Provide hands-on assistance to marketing business units with reporting in Google Analytics and Heap. Create and maintain documentation on data models, reports, and other visualization Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing ROI. Support marketing campaign analytics and insights delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Stay updated on marketing analytics trends and tools. Qualifications / Education: To qualify for this internship opportunity, you must be a rising junior or rising senior enrolled in a Bachelor's program. Preferred concentration of study: Marketing Data Analytics Business Analytics Business Administration Business Management Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in PowerPoint and other MicroSoft Suite tools Ability to analyze and interpret data using Google Analytics or similar tools A self-starter who applies a solution-oriented approach Strong problem formulation, problem-solving, time management, and prioritization skills Strong oral and written communication skills Additional Information: During this 8.5-week summer internship, you will be required to work onsite 4 days a week at our Sandy Springs, GA headquarters.
