Registered Nurses - Acute Inpatient Rehab | Weekly Pay

Position Details: At least 1 year experience in post-acute rehabilitation setting required Pay:$44-47/hr Schedule: Full-Time | 36 hr/week Hours: 12-Hour Shifts (7-7) Location: Wildwood, FL Benefits: Weekly Pay, Health/Vision/Dental Insurance, 401(k) Plan Position Summary: The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse is responsible for assisting patients in attaining and maintaining Amergisum function due to chronic illness and/or a debilitating injury. The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse assists patients in the recovery process, as well as creating a recovery plan with the ultimate goal of achieving an independent lifestyle as much as possible. Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Conducting comprehensive assessments, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing skilled nursing care based on individualized patient plans. Rehabilitation Focus : Assisting patients with regaining functional skills through activities of daily living (ADLs), following established rehabilitation protocols. Education and Support : Educating patients and their families on the rehabilitation process, providing emotional support, and promoting self-care strategies. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating effectively with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other team members to ensure coordinated and seamless patient care. Documentation and Reporting: Accurately documenting patient assessments, progress notes, and medication administration.
