Responsibilities: Field Leadership Supervise, mentor, and support HVAC technicians in the field to ensure quality workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction Job Site Management Oversee residential HVAC service and installation projects, ensuring jobs are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards Technical Support Provide on-site troubleshooting and advanced technical guidance for complex system issues Training & Development Help onboard new technicians and provide ongoing coaching to ensure continued skill growth and adherence to company procedures Quality Control Conduct job audits, inspect work quality, and verify safety compliance across all field operations Customer Relations Resolve escalated customer concerns and represent the company with professionalism and integrity Scheduling & Coordination Collaborate with dispatch, service managers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily operations Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate service records, job reports, and performance evaluations Safety Oversight Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe work environment Service Software Use Utilize Service Titan or equivalent platforms to monitor job progress, technician performance, and job notes Qualifications: Experience 5+ years in residential HVAC service, with at least 12 years in a supervisory or lead technician role Technical Expertise In-depth understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, diagnostics, and repairs Certifications EPA Type II or Universal Certification required; NATE Certification preferred Leadership Abilities Proven ability to motivate, train, and lead a team in a fast-paced field environment Customer Service Focus Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, work on ladders, in confined spaces, and outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid Driver's License Clean driving record required for company vehicle use What We Offer Medical, Prescription, Dental, and Vision Insurance Comprehensive coverage with minimal out-of-pocket expenses Disability & Term Life Insurance Financial security for you and your loved ones Matching 401(K) Benefits Competitive retirement savings plan to help secure your future Ongoing Training & Development Opportunities for continuous growth and skill enhancement Paid Holidays & PTO Paid time off for holidays and generous paid time off for work-life balance Pay Rate: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour.
