What You'll Do: Pick up and deliver customer vehicles safely and professionally Provide friendly, top-level customer service at every interaction Perform vehicle walk-arounds and document condition Communicate with service advisors regarding pick-up and delivery schedules Keep vehicles clean and organized Assist in the service drive when needed What We're Looking For: Valid driver's license with clean driving record Reliable and punctual Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable driving various Ford vehicles (cars, trucks, SUVs) No dealership experience required we will train the right person!
