Role Responsibilities Deliver holistic, continuous care for individuals and families at all life stages, encompassing pediatric to geriatric. Oversee chronic conditions, deliver preventive care, address acute health issues, and cater to mental health needs with a patient-first philosophy. Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, analyze diagnostic results, and formulate customized treatment strategies. Work collaboratively with care coordinators, mental health experts, and specialists to ensure integrated care. Engage in quality improvement programs designed to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficacy. Employ electronic medical records (EMR) to keep precise, timely patient documentation. Provide care both in-person and via telehealth to meet varying patient preferences and needs. Education Requirements MD or DO degree from a recognized medical institution. Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program. Certifications Board Certification in Family Medicine. Eligible for (or possess) a valid California medical license. BLS and ACLS certifications preferred. Skills and Experience Proficient diagnostic and clinical abilities with a focus on preventive and proactive health care.
