Lead Pega Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Lead Pega Developer to join their team. As a Lead Pega Developer, you will be part of the development and support team responsible for delivering high-quality Pega solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to collaboration and innovation, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Lead Pega Developer Location: Charlotte, NC Pay Range:What's the Job? Design and develop Pega implementations including class structure, integration, UI harness, activities, Agents, and BPM within banking domain. Coordinate with offshore teams and partner teams to ensure seamless project execution. Support and troubleshoot production incidents, perform system tuning, and optimize performance. Conduct technical testing, including UAT and performance testing, to ensure quality deliverables. Maintain up-to-date documentation and provide training to team members and users. What's Needed? Extensive experience in designing and implementing Pega PRPC solutions, including upgrade experience. Proficiency in integrating Pega with external systems using SOAP, MQ, and file-based methods. Strong background in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira. Experience with DevOps/CICD practices is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 7+ years of relevant experience. What's in it for me?
