The Permitting Specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams, external agencies, and municipalities, helping maintain both accuracy and momentum across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities of the Permitting Specialist Manage permit and licensing requirements, completing all forms accurately and on schedule as the Permitting Specialist Communicate with counties, municipalities, and external agencies to determine permit needs, register contractors, and maintain compliance as the Permitting Specialist Oversee COIs, bonds, and permit‑related purchase orders while maintaining accurate documentation as the Permitting Specialist Coordinate inspections by reviewing calendars, confirming details, and partnering with dispatch as the Permitting Specialist Review Smart Sheets, update notes, track project status, and manage emails to ensure stakeholders remain informed as the Permitting Specialist Qualifications for the Permitting Specialist Experience in licensing, permitting, or compliance‑related work Familiarity with Smart Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite; basic Excel skills preferred Strong organizational skills with excellent communication and attention to detail
