Key Responsibilities of the Sales & Consumer Insights Project Manager: Engage with customers to understand needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business initiatives. Translate consumer and customer data into sales-enablement tools, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver strategic projects. Lead projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment. Track performance metrics and use data to optimize future sales and customer engagement strategies. Qualifications of the Sales & Consumer Insights Project Manager: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience). 4–7 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Market Research, or Project Management. Demonstrated experience working directly with clients or customers. Proven ability to manage cross-functional and customer-facing projects.
