Job title: Controller Location: On-site in Stow, OH Schedule: Monday–Friday Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 depending on experience Why This Opportunity Stands Out: Supportive and collaborative team culture Emphasis on work-life balance and employee well-being Transparent leadership and open communication Opportunities for professional growth and development Inclusive and diverse workplace environment Recognition and reward for high performance Strong commitment to ethical practices and community involvement Key Responsibilities (Controller): Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Prepare internal financial statements and manage external financial reporting in accordance with GAAP Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations Coordinate and lead internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to audit inquiries Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering continuous learning and professional growth Collaborate with executive leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies Monitor cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures to optimize financial performance Lead system implementations and improvements related to financial operations and reporting Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning Qualifications (Controller): Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) Proven leadership and team management capabilities Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills High level of integrity and professionalism For immediate and confidential consideration reach out to me, Jackie Blythe, at .
