Position Overview As a Private Duty Nurse with Centria Healthcare, you'll deliver compassionate, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Whether caring for a medically complex child or an adult recovering from a motor vehicle accident (MVA), you'll be making a meaningful difference every day. We are currently looking for dedicated RNs and LPNs to join our team for several immediate openings in your area. Current Featured Opportunities We have immediate high-priority needs for the following cases. Whether you prefer pediatric playfulness or the stability of adult care, we have a match for you: Belleville (Pediatric): 1-year-old boy with a history of CDH and pulmonary hypertension. Requires Trach, Enteral feeding, and home vent care trials. Nights (7p-7a). Temperance (URGENT - Pediatric): 1-year-old girl with Trach and Vent. Sweet family with siblings and two caged bunnies. Nights (9p-9a), All days open. Monroe (Pediatric): 5-year-old boy who loves Disney and marble runs! Trach, Vent, and G-Tube dependent. Mom is also a nurse! Nights (9p-7a) Wed-Sat; Days (7a-7p) Sat. Riverview (Adult): 21-year-old male college student. Fully cognitive, requires Vent/G-Tube management and assistance with positioning (approx. 100lbs). Day shifts (7a-3p) Sat/Sun. Rockwood (Adult): 23-year-old female who loves music. Fully cognitive, non-verbal. Has a Trach/Vent; can stand/pivot with Hoyer lift assistance. Day shifts (6a-6p) Every other Sat/Sun. Jerome (Adult): 24-year-old female, fully cognitive and artistic! Loves crafts and drawing. Requires Trach/Vent support. Flexible Day shifts (7:30a-5:30p) Tue/Fri. Hillsdale (Pediatric/Young Adult): 18-year-old female with CCHS. Requires Vent/Trach/Pacer. Female nurses only. Nights (10p-7:30a) Sun-Thu. Why Join Centria? Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care (Trach/Vent management, G-Tube/GJ-Tube feedings, medication administration). Monitor and document vitals and symptoms within our integrated EMR system. Assist with ADLs (repositioning, hygiene, and mobility). Collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure superior patient outcomes. Qualifications Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan. Experience in home health or private duty nursing preferred. Trach/Vent knowledge is helpful, but we will train motivated candidates!
