Part-time: $14-16Flexible On Call ScheduleChick-fil-A Olive Branch & Getwell Rd. locationsCatering Team Member Role Summary: Flexible Schedule based on Confirmed Delivery Orders Must be 18 years + with Valid Driver's License and Good Driving Record Once a catering order has been received, coordinate with the Kitchen Leader Complete all set-up and preparation for each catering order: boxes, utensils, sauces, bags, etc. Deliver catering orders on time Complete all the set-up on site for the Guest Put all catering related items away upon return to the store Cash out the catering order upon delivery Keep inventory of catering supplies and inform our Inventory Manager of ordering needs Create any systems or processes to improve our catering service Make necessary decisions to honor our commitment to our Guests Requirements Understand the expectation of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence. Work closely with operations and kitchen staff to ensure the Restaurant has all food and paper goods needed to prepare upcoming catering orders. Ensure the catering equipment and catering area in the Restaurant are clean and organized.
