What’s In It for You Team‑oriented, supportive, and fun work environment Opportunity to build strong AP fundamentals within a growing company Hands‑on role where your curiosity and resolution‑focused mindset are valued Exposure to continuous improvements and cross‑department collaboration WLB with a hybrid schedule Key Responsibilities Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and attention to detail Perform full‑cycle Accounts Payable including 3‑way matching of POs, packing slips, and invoices Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, vendor issues, and payment variances Communicate with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot AP roadblocks Maintain organized records and ensure timely month-end AP close tasks Assist with process improvements and AP‑related projects as needed Utilize Excel to track, analyze, and reconcile AP data (pivot tables & VLOOKUPs) Must‑Have Qualifications Experience in full‑cycle Accounts Payable Strong understanding of 3‑way match processes Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, filters, formulas) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proactive, resolution‑minded approach to troubleshooting issues Adaptable, positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a team‑focused environment #INFEB2026 #LI-HYBRID
