Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist: • Process weekly payroll for field and office employees using Viewpoint • Ensure compliance with union agreements, prevailing wage laws, and multi-state regulations • Maintain accurate employee records and job costing allocations • Collaborate with HR and Accounting to resolve discrepancies and support audits • Generate reports and assist with month-end close Requirements for the Payroll Specialist: • 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in construction • Proficiency in Viewpoint (Vista or Spectrum) • Strong understanding of certified payroll and union reporting • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
