Full-Charge Bookkeeper

Job Title: Full‑Charge Bookkeeper Location: West Palm Beach, FL Salary Range: $41,600 – $52,000 annually Company Overview: We are a growing and dynamic organization seeking a skilled Full‑Charge Bookkeeper to take ownership of end‑to‑end accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, maintaining accuracy, and managing the full accounting cycle in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with budgeting and forecasting. Process journal entries, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Coordinate with external CPA for year-end reporting and tax preparation. Monitor cash flow, reconcile accounts, and assist with financial analysis as needed. Requirements: 3–5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience. Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) and Microsoft Excel. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
