Visit us at packaging.toppan.com Summary Description: As a Thermoforming Packer, you will work under the direction of the Supervisor and be responsible for safely and efficiently packing thermoformed trays. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment. You will collaborate with various teams and consistently monitor product quality while maintaining high standards of organization and craftsmanship. Position: Thermoforming Packer Hiring Manager: Eric Serrano Hours: 6:45am-7:00pm or 6:45pm-7:00am, 4 days on / 4 days off Location: Plant City, FL Rate: $15.67/hr. + $ .50 shift differential What you'll be doing: • Utilize at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or operations environment (field work acceptable). • Demonstrate a "get-it-done" mindset with urgency in resolving tasks and issues. • Work independently while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. • Apply working knowledge of products and quality requirements (preferred). • Maintain reliability, initiative, commitment, and strong quality focus. • Lift 25-50 lbs. as required. • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. • Perform repetitive duties including stair climbing and prolonged standing. • Work quickly and accurately with strong attention to detail.
