Landscape Crew Leader Pay: $20-23/hour Employer: Miller Brother Staffing Miller Brother Staffing is hiring a Landscape Crew Leader to support daily lawn care and landscaping operations for one of our local clients. This is a hands-on, outdoor role ideal for someone dependable, hardworking, and comfortable with physical work who has experience leading landscaping crews. What You'll Do Prepare trucks, tools, and equipment daily Drive company trucks hauling trailers between job sites Perform mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, and general lawn maintenance Assist with landscape installations and garden bed maintenance Work with a crew to complete jobs efficiently and correctly Complete daily vehicle and trailer safety checks Report any accidents or issues to your supervisor What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to follow directions and work with a team Landscaping experience is a plus but not required Valid driver's license with ability to drive a truck hauling a trailer Reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions Why Work with Miller Brother Staffing $20/hr day shift Consistent, steady work Team-based environment Opportunity to gain hands-on landscaping experience Apply today to get started.
