About the Company: Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry operating globally with headquarters in the US, Europe, and Asia, is seeking a qualified Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to join their growing team. Responsibilities: Manage and process full-cycle payroll and support benefits administration for 900 employees as the Payroll & Benefits Specialist. Oversee payroll audits, reconciliations, and ensure accuracy for all US entities. Support expatriate payroll, fringe benefits, and rebill management. Maintain employee data and create reporting on compensation, benefits, accruals, and metrics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; 3–5 years payroll/benefits experience in a corporate environment. Experience with ADP Workforce Now or other third-party payroll systems preferred.
