Responsibilities Assist in scheduling and conducting property showings for prospective buyers and renters Provide detailed information about properties and answer client inquiries during showings Coordinate with real estate agents to ensure smooth and timely property tours Maintain accurate records of showings and client feedback Support marketing efforts by preparing properties for showings and open houses Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and enhance their experience Assist with administrative tasks related to property listings and client management Qualifications Proven experience in real estate showing assistance or a related customer service role Strong knowledge of the St. Louis real estate market and local neighborhoods We offer training, systems, and support to give you the tools to succeed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Ability to manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and provide timely follow-ups Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities Proficient with real estate software, mobile apps, and Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to property showings Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to grow within a dynamic real estate team Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed High school diploma or equivalent; additional real estate certifications or training is a plus Valid real estate license is required About-our-team Our Collective Philosophy We are redefining what success looks like in our industry.
