Job Title: Mechanical / Electrical Engineer Location: Alabama Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: $60,000 per year Language: English (Required) Japanese (Highly preferred) Overview A manufacturing company in Alabama is seeking a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer who can contribute immediately as a key technical member of the team. The company designs, builds, and sells automated welding systems, and also provides factory consumables (MRO products). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical engineering related to production equipment and automation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and improve automated welding machines and related equipment Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in production systems Support installation, testing, and maintenance of machinery and control systems Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure equipment performance Work closely with Japanese engineers and local staff for technical coordination Prepare technical documentation and reports Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field 3+ years of relevant work experience in industrial automation, machinery design, or control systems Knowledge of PLCs, sensors, and control circuits preferred Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on technical ability Immediate contributor with minimal training required Japanese language ability is a plus but not required To apply, please send your resume to Application Form
