Assistant Property Manager (In‑person, Full‑Time) Our client, a long‑standing commercial real estate organization based in Owings Mills, MD is seeking a proactive and Assistant Property Manager to support their commercial property management team. Assistant Property Manager Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact by answering and directing phone calls courteously. Manage property files (electronic & physical), maintain key systems, and update master tenant lists. Process and code invoices, maintain bill logs, and troubleshoot discrepancies. Create, update, and close work orders in Timberline. Send required monthly communications (HVAC, sprinkler, kitchen hood, insurance notices). Prepare and distribute tenant statements, late notices, rent increase letters, and miscellaneous correspondence. Assist with weekly staff meetings by preparing updated reports, minutes, and presentation materials. Handle collections calls and present updates during meetings. Prepare court forms and other official documentation as needed. Assistant Property Manager Requirements: 3+ years of administrative experience in an in‑office professional environment, with responsibility for confidential information. BS/BA preferred. Commercial real estate experience is a plus — training provided for the right candidate. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and collaborate effectively. Notary certification is a plus. #LI-JG1 #INFEB2026
