Accounts Payable Analyst Pay: $55,000 - $65,000 Schedule: M–F, Full Time Remote: Option available, located in Lansing Position Overview: We’re seeking a technically strong Accounts Payable Analyst to support system administration, analytics, and month-end accounting activities within the AP function. This role is ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with financial systems and data. Responsibilities: Systems & Platform Administration Serve as system administrator for the AP invoicing processing system Act as system administrator Support user access, system configuration, and process improvements Reporting & Analytics Build and track departmental KPIs and performance metrics Analyze AP data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities Provide reporting support using Excel (Power BI experience a strong plus) Accounting & Month-End Close Perform month-end close activities including: Account reconciliations Accrual calculations Journal entries GL and statement reviews Support AP-related accounting analysis and reporting Qualifications: Accounts payable experience required Experience with accruals, journal entries, reconciliations, and GL processes Strong Excel skills required Power BI experience highly preferred Tech-savvy with strong aptitude for accounting systems Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail AP Analyst AP Analyst AP Analyst AP Analyst AP Analyst AP Analyst AP Analyst
