Payments Solutions Lead

Job Description: Pay Range: $75hr - $80hr Must Have Skills: Lead strategic planning and roadmap development for payment modernization initiative. Lead complex business and technical analysis for payment system initiatives, focusing on wire transfers, Fedwire, CHIPS and SWIFT network integrations Collaborate with cross functional teams to define requirements, map processes, and design solutions that align with regulatory, compliance and operational standards. Effectively collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders, interfacing teams in execution planning, systems development, integrations, cutover planning and support. nalyze and document current and future state workflows, identifying gaps and recommending improvements for payment processing, settlement, and reconciliation Serve as Subject matter expert (SME) for ISO 20022 payment message formats, validation rules, and exception handling. Lead the rollout of new payment platforms and upgrades, including migration planning, QA testing and parallel/shadow runs. Liaise with technology. Operation and business stakeholders to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless integration of new tools. Prepare and deliver clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps and training materials. Experience in Agile SDLC, technical analysis and Business stakeholder management.
