Mitigation Project Manager

Project Manager The Project Manager manages water, fire, mold and restoration projects from start to finish. This role ensures seamless coordination between clients, field teams, and insurance partners, leveraging DASH for all project management, compliance, and documentation tracking. The Project Coordinator is accountable for maintaining project accuracy, communication, and financial performance through every stage of the restoration process. Key Responsibilities Project Setup & Assessment Insurance & Client Communication Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination Project Management & Documentation Estimating & Scoping Project Tracking & Updates Project Completion, Billing, & Collections Qualifications Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comprehensive understanding of water, fire, and mold restoration processes. Proficiency in DASH, Xactimate, DryBook and MS Office. Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills. Strong attention to detail, documentation, and compliance accuracy. Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
