As a Program Manager - Quality Assurance, you'll lead initiatives that ensure the highest standards of care and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Why You'll Love This Role Lead and supervise the compliance team Serve as the I-Care Manager (ICM) subject matter expert for nearly 600 staff Conduct investigations into reportable incidents and ensure compliance Maintain QA dashboards, grids, and audits to drive improvement Lead inspections, standing committees, and yearly satisfaction surveys Support staff and families with documentation standards and Employment First principles Coordinate departmental and interdepartmental activities for cohesive services What You'll Get $53,200-$63,800/year (based on experience) Full-time salaried (exempt) role Health, Dental, & Supplemental Insurance Free Life Insurance & Short-Term Disability Paid Time Off + 7 paid holidays Casual dress code & employee appreciation events 403(b) retirement plan with company match Professional development and growth opportunities What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Services 3+ years of experience in human services, preferably with developmental disabilities Experience with investigations and reporting preferred Familiarity with I-Care a plus Valid U.S. driver's license for at least 2 years Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Essential FunctionsSupervision & Leadership Supervises the compliance team Demonstrates flexibility and a positive attitude when managing competing demands or multitasking I-Care Manager Responsibilities Serves as the subject matter expert for nearly 600 staff Manages system access, updates information for people supported, and coordinates issues with I-Care developers Investigations & Reporting Conducts investigations into Reportable Incidents Collaborates with program personnel and HR to collect statements and supporting data Reports results and corrective actions to responsible agencies Quality Assurance & Data Management Maintains QA dashboard and QA grids, setting up grids for each year Contributes to strategic planning, prepares action plans, implements quality and customer service standards, identifies and resolves problems, conducts audits, and implements system improvements Organizes, distributes, and compiles data from yearly satisfaction surveys Leads inspections of all sites, addressing deficiencies immediately and reporting findings quarterly at the Quality Council meeting Compliance & Staff Support Ensures staff are up to date on documentation standards required for compliant billing and agency reimbursement, including incentives Tracks DDA approval of services via DDA correspondence and the DDA database Supports the team during OHCQ survey preparation Educates families and day/vocational staff on Employment First principles Coordinates departmental and interdepartmental activities to ensure cohesive services Other Duties Performs additional responsibilities as assigned Join Us-Lead With Excellence This isn't just a job.
