Job Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production and facility equipment. You'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery to support our business objectives in a safe and productive environment. What you will do: Install, maintain, and repair production machines and facility equipment. Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency. Use tools, meters, and material handling equipment for diagnostics and repairs. Read equipment manuals and follow work orders for maintenance tasks. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment. What we're looking for: High school diploma or equivalent. 35 years of experience in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and PLC programming. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work various shifts and overtime as needed. Safety-conscious with attention to detail. Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000
