What You’ll Do Lead the Nutrition Care Process Provide nutrition assessments, consultations and care plans Provide nutritional care to patients with complex nutritional needs in rehabilitation settings Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals Physicians, PAs, Therapists, Occupational Speech Therapists.
