Responsibilities: Monitor and report on production metrics. Coordinate lead follow-up and customer communications. Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Assist with internal goal-setting and tracking. Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency. Qualifications: Strong analytical and organizational abilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Prior experience in customer service, marketing, or operations helpful. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
