High-End Residential Interiors Project Manager Manage luxury interior projects in Manhattan's premier residences. Lead detail-driven work with top designers and discerning clients. Job Description Manage the planning, execution, and completion of residential interior construction projects. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met. Oversee project budgets and schedules, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards. Resolve project-related issues efficiently and effectively. Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders. Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to ensure successful project outcomes. The Successful Applicant A successful Residential Interiors Project Manager should have: Underpinning a plus NYC experience Strong knowledge of the property and construction industry, particularly in residential interiors. Proven skills in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
