Admissions Coordinator - Part TimeHondros College of NursingIndependence, OHHondros College of Nursing is hiring an Admissions Coordinator for the Independence Campus!The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for: Serves as a student, faculty, and staff resource and ambassador for the college Provides professional, courteous, timely front/reception desk customer service to students, faculty, staff, and customers; referring students, faculty, staff, and customers to other college support services as needed Performs general office administrative duties such as filing, scanning documents, answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, processing book returns, issuing uniforms, and scheduling, organizing, and operating classrooms and campus-based spaces Complete student payment processes including taking payments, completing ledger corrections, and making bank deposits Creates and maintains student academic files; ensuring all compliance requirements are met Creates and maintains student academic documentation tracking Executes student cancellation reporting Partners with the Registrar's Office to complete student file audits; ensuring that student files remain accurate and compliant Records and maintains student attendance records Coordinates and manages student IEP testing Orders and maintains office supplies and equipment Participates in new student orientation activities Performs other duties as assigned Requirements: A High School Diploma is required; Some college preferred Strong Customer Service Skills Strong Microsoft Office skills Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to maintain security of confidential student records About Us: Since 2006, Hondros College of Nursing has been graduating high-quality, work-ready nurses who enter the field with exceptional clinical, communication and collaborative skills.
