T The BANK BRANCH OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (FLOATER) OR OFFICER (FLOATER) is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include: Providing personalized banking services to financial institution clients. Demonstrating strong knowledge of banking operations and providing leadership, training, and support to staff members. Possessing an extensive understanding of banking products and services while supporting the Branch Manager in promoting branch growth. Ensuring compliance with all bank policies and procedures, as well as applicable state and federal banking regulations. Branch Operations Specialist Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of banking experience. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience. Minimum of 2 years of operations experience. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking programs. Notary Public certification preferred. Branch Operations Officer Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of banking experience. Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience. Minimum of 4 years of operations experience. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking programs. Notary Public certification preferred. Pay Rate Range: $24.00 - $38.61/hour DOE Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
