Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Position MLee Healthcare is looking for a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician's Assistant to join a well established hospital on the central coast About Us: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in California. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, health promotion, and disease management. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive physical exams and patient assessments. Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests; analyze results to diagnose conditions. Prescribe or administer treatments, therapies, medications, vaccinations, and other specialized care to manage or prevent illness and injury. Perform procedures such as suturing and splinting. Explain procedures, discuss test results, and outline prescribed treatments to patients. Document patient findings, treatment plans, and follow-up notes in the electronic medical record. Supervise professional and ancillary staff regarding patient care. Stay informed about current medical practices and advancements. Ensure the confidentiality of patient information. Education & Certifications: Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Board Certification in Family Nurse Practitioner. California State licensure. Current DEA licensure. BLS Certification. Experience: Preferred: 3 years of experience. New graduates are welcome to apply.
